Our purging compounds BLITZ PURGE and PRIME PURGE, for injection molding and extrusion machines are universally applicable and designed to be particularly user-friendly. They reliably remove carbon buildups from screws, extruders, barrels and hot runner systems. When used as a shutdown agent, they help maintain the longevity of your tools and machinery.
Our cleaning compounds comply with FDA requirements, are REACH-compliant and are produced in Europe.
BLITZ PURGE HR and PRIME PURGE X-100 are designed for easy handling and universal applicability in injection molding.
BLITZ PURGE HR: Suitable for all materials with a temperature range of 160°C to 340°C. Mixed in a 1:1 ratio, it can be used for cross-sections starting from 0.7 mm.
PRIME PURGE X-100: Applicable for all polyolefin MFI values, without cross-section limitations.
BLITZ PURGE ULTRA and PRIME PURGE X-50 are designed for color and material changes in extrusion processes.
BLITZ PURGE ULTRA: Reliably removes stubborn carbon buildups in extruders.
PRIME PURGE X-50: Enables rapid color changes across all extrusion processes, including film, pipe, sheet extrusion, and blow molding.
Special features of our products
Blitz Purge is simple and universally applicable. It is suitable for all materials from 160 to 390 °C. See for yourself: Use Blitz Purge after your current cleaner to observe what your cleaner cannot remove. Or, to be absolutely certain, disassemble the screw after cleaning with Blitz Purge to inspect the cleaning effect.
Prime Purge enables cleaning in automatic mode. It can remove and prevent carbon buildups in hot runners: 1. By shutting down and freezing machines during the weekend with Prime Purge, stubborn carbon buildups will be loosened by longer residence time. 2. Clean and seal before a mold change. Regular use ensures that your molds remain in perfect condition.
All our products are characterized by their simple application. You can keep production parameters unchanged and seamlessly continue production after cleaning. Even untrained setup technicians can achieve 100% cleaning results with our cleaning granulates.
