The new cleaning compound BLITZ PURGE ULTRA is universally applicable for all materials within a temperature range of 160-330°C. With its fine mechanical polishing effect, BLITZ PURGE ULTRA removes burned material like no other product on the market.

BLITZ PURGE ULTRA is often the last resort when disassembling and manually cleaning the screw or die head becomes inevitable.

BLITZ PURGE ULTRA can be used with minimum cross-sections starting from 1.6 mm. When mixed in a 50:50 ratio with your production material, it can even be applied to minimum cross-sections starting from 1.2 mm.

Due to its non-melting polishing additive matrix, it has two additional limitations to be considered besides the required minimum cross-sections:

It cannot be dosed through fine sieves or filters.

Due to its non-melting polishing additives, it must be disposed of separately and cannot be recycled.

These limitations do not apply to our PRIME PURGE  products as an alternative.

For use with cross-sections under 1.0 mm or smaller, we offer the product BLITZ PURGE HR
