PRIME PURGE X-100 is a cleaning concentrate specifically developed for polyolefin color changes in automatic mode. It is applied by adding approximately 2 % PRIME PURGE X-100  to your natural material and is universally applicable for all MFI values.

Users do not need to make any changes to the process or machine parameters.

PRIME PURGE X-100 only insignificantly alters the flow properties of your production material and can be easily demolded when used with polyolefins. PRIME PURGE X-100 does not impose any cross-sectional limitations in injection molding.

When used preventively as a freezing medium, it prevents residues caused by prolonged residence times. Stubborn buildups are loosened through extended exposure of the “shrink-shear effect” that occurs during cooling, and are removed during startup. In freezing mode, it can also be used for technical materials.

PRIME PURGE X-100 is REACH-compliant. Users are not exposed to harmful emissions. PRIME PURGE X-100 meets FDA requirements.
